Return Policy

Presbond reserves the right to charge or deduct shipping fees from order values, including original ship-to costs paid by Presbond when a customers order qualified for free shipping. Presbond reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on all items. Presbond reserves the right to refuse a return if it is past 30 days since the order shipped from our facility or if the product has not been returned in its original form or condition. In order for a product to be accepted back into Presbond's stock it must unused and in excellent condition. 

Presbond does not provide no cost exchanges, even for products of identical price, if you purchased a product in error and intend to order another width, thickness, or different type of foam we suggest contacting us before placing the second order. We will not be able to send you material at no cost but if you place an order and request a return we can often times waive certain fees for you or provide a discount code for you to use on a future order.
