Description

Pres-On P8137UL Series Neoprene / EPDM / SBR Closed Cell Foam Tapes are specification grade, soft/medium density, black, closed cell Neoprene/EPDM/SBR blend tapes featuring a high-tack, rubber based, pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) on one side with easy-to-use release liner. These watertight tapes also conform to irregular surfaces and are ideal for gasketing and weatherproofing windows and doors. Closed Cell Sponge Tapes offer superior durability compared to inexpensive Open Cell Foam Tape structures as well as enhanced waterproofing.

    not what I was expecting

    I had ordered your closed cell 3/8 neoprene version on my previous order, which was as expected. I then ordered this sku expecting a softer, more pliable foam. It was the same stiffness as first product. I will say the adhesive backing is superb

    Hi Bill, thanks for this feedback, I see you ordered the 3/8' wear resistant sponge on one order and the 3/8' neoprene on a second order. The 3/8' thick wear resistant has a density of 26 PCF and the 3/8' neoprene has a 4-8 PCF rating. This was not made abundently clear in our product descriptions and we are adding this information to prevent other customers from experiencing this disappointment. We really appreciate your feedback.
